Salt and Vinegar Kalette Chips

Do you love snacking on chips and all things crunchy and savoury? ME TOO! Ive created a healthy mineral rich alternative to conventional potato chips without all the associated guilt. PALETTE CHIPS! I know you're probably thinking that the idea of eating kale all shrivelled up is disgusting but I can assure you once these bad boys are roasted and seasoned you will change your mind on kale chips for ever and find it hard to stop at just one. On a nutritional level kale chips are super alkalising, high in minerals such as manganese, magnesium. Rich in plant fibre and vitamin K.

20 palettes or 1 bunch of kale

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt

Place all ingredients into a mix bowl, combining all ingredients together until the kale leaves coated.
Place in the oven on baking tray for 1-2 hours at 60 to 100 degrees until super crispy and thats it!
